Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO)has an oxygen radical that penetrates down the pore like liquid bleach, foaming and bubbling to kill bacteria and dry up the impaction. It moves the impaction to the surface to be washed away. The addition of sulfur to BPO provides additiona strength to dry up more severe acne.

Use on skin with blackheads, whiteheads, pustules and cystic acne.
